  • We have 15+ years’ experience in manufacturing and have a proven track record of ramping up production fast in highly regulated industries. For example, we established a health business and created 75 million pieces of PPE equipment with 12 months.

  • We were trained in Japan on Lean manufacturing principles originated from the Toyota Production System (TPS). As Lean thought leaders, we teach Lean with our Lean Tours and have welcomed thousands of visitors from across the Globe.

  • We are ISO 9001:2015 accredited and believe that you “can’t inject quality into finished goods.” By establishing a Quality Assurance (QA) program on the front end, we avoid Quality Control (QC) challenges that lead to increased costs and potential financial exposure for the customer.

  • We always seek out better ways of doing things. If we think that improvements can be made to your specification, so that we can do it better, faster and more cost effectively, we will share our ideas with you. It is up to you however to make the final call.

  • We are compliant and adhere to the most stringent regulations such as the Food and Drug Administration and Medical Device Regulation (MDR) and Medical Device Directive (MDD), Food and Drug Administration and Environmental Standards including ISO 14001.
